Throughout life we can hit hard times. I would like to walk alongside you through these. Things can get better, and counseling can help. I use a holistic and integrative approach, because we are a combination of our thoughts, emotions and body. I like to draw from various models and techniques to help you on your path towards thriving. Whether you want counseling to be a place to talk through your issues or to focus on coping skills and solutions, I hope you let me create that space for you.

I believe counseling should be individualized to each person that I work with. Everyone is different and their healing process will be different as well. Each person has their own unique world, and I hope that you let me explore the world you live in. I will use my years of experience working with diverse people and issues to help you to grow. I do this by providing a safe space to explore your identity, life experiences and challenges. I have assisted people in dealing with stress, anxiety, OCD, cultural issues, depression, life transitions, sexuality and gender, grief, ADHD, and relationship issues (to name just a few).

Additionally, I provide Supervision. I do this using both individual and group format. I provide this via Telehealth or in person. It is another of my passions and I hope if you are looking for Supervision you consider me! I enjoy watching other counselors in their growth process.
